What is a tantra class?
In a tantra class session we meet the same hatha yoga practice, since both systems are like sisters. We will first practice the classical yoga postures asanas in order to bring your body in a relaxed and tuned state.
The extra elements for a tantra class though will combine the body postures with additional tantric techniques that are meant to help you sublimate and transmutate the sexual energies and to enhance your capacity to control them.
On top of them you will also learn a few breathing techniques that are focused to calm your mind and disconnect it from the daily routine, but also to increase the awareness upon your sexual potential and how it can be correctly and usefully directed.
